- How do I calculate the original price from a discounted price?
- Divide the discounted price by (1 - discount/100). For example, if you pay ₦21,250 after a 15% discount: ₦21,250 ÷ 0.85 = ₦25,000. Enter the discounted price in "Original Price" and use the percentage field to verify the relationship.
- Can I calculate a discount on top of another discount?
- For stacked discounts, apply them one at a time. A 20% discount followed by a further 10% is not 30% off — it is 28% off (₦100 → ₦80 → ₦72). Run the calculator twice, using the first result as the input for the second discount.
